  • What is included with my Day Out With Thomas tickets?
    Tickets include a train ride and photo op with a life-size Thomas the Tank Engine. Your ticket is also an All-Day site pass with access to all activity stations, live entertainment, Day Out With Thomas pop-up gift shop with exclusive toys, photo op with Sir Topham Hatt, lawn games and more. Additional activities and museum access may vary per railroad location. Ticket proceeds support preserving the Great Historical Railroads!

          Percy train ride tickets are an additional offering at select events.

  • Do I need a ticket to attend?
    If you have celebrated your first birthday, a ticket is required to reserve your train ride time and access event activities. Under 1 year old is free, but must sit on the lap of a parent or guardian.
  • Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?
    Purchasing tickets in advance is highly recommended as events tend to sell out.
  • How long is the train ride with Thomas?
    Train ride lengths may vary between 20-45 minutes per location.
  • What if my event is cancelled or rescheduled?
    If an event if cancelled, TicketWeb will contact customers with instructions regarding the refund process. If an event is rescheduled, you will receive an email from TicketWeb with your automatically rescheduled tickets on the new event date and time. If you are not able to attend the rescheduled date or time, please contact info@ticketweb.com regarding ticket changes or refunds.
