Event Information

The health and well-being of our guests, volunteers, employees and partners is our first priority. As the COVID-19 virus continues to impact us all in the U.S. and across the globe, we have cancelled or postponed a number of upcoming Day Out With Thomas events. For the latest tour schedule, please check the Upcoming Events list.

These are uncertain times and we continue to closely monitor the situation. If an event is cancelled, customers will be notified and automatically refunded.

While we are preparing for select events to take place in 2020 based on local reopening guidelines to safely host events, please expect some changes to your Day Out With Thomas event experience as some aspects may be modified to accommodate physical distancing and sanitization practices. All railroad hosts are assessing event offerings and are working hard to adjust their plans with enhanced health and safety protocols accordingly. Though your experience may differ from a typical Day Out With Thomas event, these new measures and adjusted offerings are necessary to responsibly host Thomas’ birthday celebration while having just as much fun! Thank you for your understanding and please stay healthy.
